The Administrators primary responsibility is to co-ordinate and support the operation of RCPI’s 11 Professional Competence Schemes (PCS) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Event Approval Process. The Administrator supports the relationship between RCPI and Professional Competence participants, ensuring both integrity and quality is maintained. They are also responsible for communicating with and involving relevant stakeholders including PCS participants, CPD Event Organisers, RCPI Training Bodies and the Medical Council. The Administrator works closely with the Manager and the Head of the Healthcare Leadership within the Function and the Director of Professional Competence. It also involves close collaboration with all functions within RCPI to ensure the work of the Professional Competence Department is understood and communicated throughout the organisation.
